The bullshit radar of the consumers in today’s world is very high. Customers tend to brace or reject a service, company or a product in a blink of any eye. All it takes is some likes on facebook and few re-tweets on Twitter for a company to raise from a small time business to a heartbeat of the customers. Companies that are able to do so stick for a very long time and companies that don’t understand the changing paradigm of social consumers of today’s or corporations that undermine this new change in consumer behavior will and should be put behind.
